Round shank with 2 mm diameter
For high-speed household and industrial sewing machines whose operating manual specifies use of needle system 134, 134 R, DPx5, 135×5, SY 1955, 135×7 or 797. These include, for example, the JUKI TL-2300 Sumato as well as many industrial sewing machines from Brother, Jack, JUKI, Pfaff, Texi, Zoje, etc.
Please note that, due to its round shank, the 134 U is NOT compatible with standard household sewing machines that require a needle with a flat shank.

Try to select your needle size to suit the material and sewing thread: Thicker materials and threads require a correspondingly thicker needle.
